An apropos title for a gin made with juniper, coriander, lemon peel, orange, lavender, orris root, black peppercorn, and French winter wheat. Tart fruit nuances on the nose. The front end has tart citrus and bright herbs that quickly gives way to a pleasant floral note mid palate. The finish is pleasant and peppery.
