A modern approach to bitter Italian liqueur. Mascarpone and stone fruit on the nose followed by earthy vanilla, beet and cola undertones with cardamom and baking spices along for the ride. Bitter gentian on the palate with bright citrus and herbal notes in the background with a pleasant bitter grapefruit finish.
Pairing: Enjoy it as an apertivo, in a Negroni, whiskey cocktail or any drink in need of layered bitter complexity.
