The Charred Oak Sour Mash Corn Shine is to keep around for any and all occasions! We age the sour mash corn shine for 5 gallon charred oak barrel after we re-distilled the leftover mash. The smooth taste and rich flavor will be one worth coming back for over and over again. We recommend drinking this on the rocks or straight up. If you prefer to mix into a cocktail, pair with coke or ginger ale for a great taste! Spirits distilled Barrel-Aged Charred Oak corn shine made with honey and local corn. 40-45% ABV.
