Our house blend of 95% Rye whiskey is finished on locally harvested black cherry wood to give it a delicious balance between the spice of the rye and the sweet, fruit flavors from the wood. 40% ABV.
Nose: smoky vanilla and butterscotch, cherry
Tasting notes: Sweet mellow oak, vanilla and butterscotch; flavors open into baking spices from the rye, finishes strong with dried cherries and caramel. Soft on the front, slight spice upon swallowing with the lingering joy of dried cherry.
