Considering that Nate had been having a love affair with rum for several years, it's no surprise that Silver Rum would go on to be the first spirit produced by Lancaster Distilleries. After toying with the chemistry to make the yeast as happy as possible, what resulted was an award-winning raw sugar-based rum with pleasingly complex flavor notes of molasses, tropical fruit and vanilla. 40% ABV.
