The Outpost is a collaboration between Christian Kahle of Lucky Sign Spirits and Joe Jackson, who was featured on "Moonshiners" and "Master Distillers." 

As a grain forward 100% malted blue corn whiskey, you will get notes of malted cereal, honey, and umami from the terroir of Western Pennsylvania on the nose. On the palate there are sweet notes of malted milk balls with a delicate corn sweetness and crispness to finish off a nice sip.
